It is very convenient to have you visit Arbor Village about every other month. That is good frequency to get toenails examined and trimmed. And I think you are providing good, knowledgeable treatment. Thank you for driving to Arbor Village … I can easily get to first floor in my wheelchair. It would be difficult to arrange transportation if I had to go to some other facility.

I walked in and was greeted by a very nice woman at the front desk. I was early so we had a few minutes to chat. She was so friendly. When I met Dr. Buckley I was immediately impressed. She’s so warm and friendly! And the more we talked I could tell she really cared about helping me. My experience with Dr Buckley, DPM is always excellent and complete.

Joyce has had thick toenails for many years. The doctor has a grinder tool that reshapes the nails as they should be. Joyce also has a bunion on her right foot. Little can be done for it, other than placing a Dr Shoal’s sponge donut over the bunion. Such a donut was applied.

From the moment I stepped into the office I was greeted with a great greeting from the receptionist and the kindness she showed! The office was spotless and then it was time for the doctor to work on my toenails! I must say she made you feel so comfortable and treated my nails perfectly and when I left the pain I barely even had any pain at all!!! I am so pleased with my treatment and highly recommend going there again if I ever have any foot issues!!!

Excellent patient care! My mom had her first diabetic foot care appointment today and she couldn’t have been more impressed by staff’s compassion and professionalism. The care was provided exceeded our expectations, going above and beyond. Emma at intake is very kind and patient, my elderly mom did not have all her insurance information and she worked with me by having it emailed. Dr BUCKLEY is very professional and likable. She did an excellent job on my ugly toenail fungus toes. I did take a prescription medication from my primary doctor about 5 months ago; for me it wasn't working fast enough. Dr Buckley assured me that the medication Will work and can take up to a year. I do see evidence of this, which releaved my stress over this condition.

I cannot recommend Roca Foot and Ankle highly enough. When you walk in the door you are greeted by the friendly receptionist, no long wait and Dr Buckley has the best personality. Plus she knows her stuff! She diagnosed my issues, recommended a couple shoe stores and had me come back to make sure there was an improvement (there was). Two thumbs up!

I had been in excruciating pain for five days, in and out of urgent care and ER with no solution. I went to Roka Foot and Ankle Center and was so satisfied with the care provided. So professional but also personable, I was asked all of the appropriate questions and the office even reached out before my arrival and got all of my prior exams (xrays and ultrasounds) to be able to better diagnose my problem! Walked out feeling a sigh of relief and my pain was reduced by 80% the next morning. I HIGHLY recommend this clinic as they are very empathetic and caring about their patients and take their time to make sure you walk out feeling mentally and physically better!

Meeting the Doctor was a pleasure. She has a great spirit and made me feel comfortable and confident about the issues I was having. I have already recommended my family members. Thanks again

Dr. Jacqueline Buckley is by far the BEST doctor I’ve seen across any practice of medicine. She is accommodating, she listens, asks follow up questions and goes out of her way to make sure her patients are seen and heard. Both of my children are athletes and suffered from ankle/foot injuries. She took great care with both of them and understands the complexities of athletic injuries. More than anything I trust her 10000%!!! On top of all of that, her office is absolutely beautiful and her staff are warm and welcoming. Highly recommend Roka Foot & Ankle to all patients from kids to the elderly.

Dr. Buckley and her assistant were so kind. My husband and I both had our first appointment with Dr. Buckley. My husband is disabled and it had been a very stressful day to get there. Upon arrival at the office we were welcomed warmly and every effort was made to get us relaxed. I was afraid that my husband's toenails were beyond saving but Dr. Buckley did a marvelous job. My toenails were also trimmed successfully to alleviate pain.

She was so adept at gathering information regarding my foot pain and then describing the causes of it (for prevention in the future). She took her time to thoroughly educate and explain the various methods available to treat my foot pain, and provided helpful resources as well. In all honesty, I was expecting a huge upsell for things that I probably didn't need, but instead I felt I received a conservative and truthful diagnosis from her. 2nd time seeing Dr. Buckley. She relieved my husband's pain, by removing sharp nails, we couldn't see, poking into the side of each of his big toes! No drama, good doctoring, she accepts Tricare and Medicare. Fast appt. too.

Dr. Buckley is an extremely caring individual and proficient professional in the field of podiatric medicine. I am fortunate to have her as one of my caregivers, especially in these times when so many are not so fortunate. She initially cared for my Mom's feet. In fact, this is how I came to know her manner and skill. When I witnessed her handling of my Mom and an unrelated health matter, I knew she was for me. I've not ever been dissatisfied with her delivery of care.

Let's start with the phone call. Joy at the front desk is so wonderful and very helpful. Other places are booked a month to a month and a half out. Joy at Roka Foot and Ankle Centers was able to get me in right away. My foot was in pain and I'm so grateful that I'm able to get my painful (ingrown toenail) taken care of. Dr. Buckley is good at what she does; experienced, friendly, very patient, and got the job done. I would recommend Roka Foot and Ankle Centers to anyone. I really do not know how to answer this question, since I was not there at the time that you saw Elisabeth Hannum at Arbor Village. I am just her legal guardian. I hope that you had a good "bed side" manner and that Elisabeth did nit object to letting you trim her toe nails. In the past with other podiatrists Elisabeth has objected vigorously and I was asked to be there to lessen her fears and let it be done. I do hope that was not the case with you and that it went well.
